MEET AMY

CEO, Designer

You can tell from the moment you meet Amy Manor that she is at the cutting edge of what is stylish. RBDC is the manifestation of Amy’s vision of how the design industry can evolve with the times so it can thrive in years to come.

Drawing on Amy’s 20 + years of diverse industry experience with high profile organizations, RBDC was started as a way to create a community that works together to make the interior design process a more collaborative and efficient one. Over the last 5 years working beside a group of talented and creative designers, who’s roles went way beyond design, Amy found it necessary to create a method to more accurately describe her professional services.

Soon to become a household name, the term General Designer (GD) encompasses the critical value of hiring a professional design team along with the Architects, General Contractors, and subcontractors. Amy believes that GD services complete the professional circle.

Prior to her entry into the interior design field, Amy worked directly under iconic fashion designer Georges Marciano, the co-founder of Guess. She was the regional manager of Guess, opening 500 stores nationwide. Amy is officially a trendsetter that has poured her talent and experience into a collaborative venture in Red Bank, NJ that allows interior designers opportunities they’ve never had before.

MEET LORI

CPA, CFO

Lori Natali, is much more than our co-founder and CFO - she’s a fearless leader and the brains behind our operation. Lori’s journey to eventually find her home at RBDC began at Penn State University, where she graduated with a degree in accounting. Since then, she’s had 17 years experience in public accounting, with a vast array of clients, before moving to Monmouth County.

After her move to Monmouth County, Lori worked as bookkeeper at Amy Manor Interior Design, while also volunteering at various local charities to give back to the community. From there, the two decided to create their own new concept design center, which is now RBDC.

Since RBDC’s inception in 2014, Lori has given an endless amount of time, talent and expertise to the business. She works with clients, designers, vendors and contractors at all aspects of the process to ensure that all projects run on time and on budget. Her expertise in accounting and project management allows for every person involved with the process to do their best work.
